Interpersonal Violence, which includes the sub-categories of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse, was identified as a new health priority in the 2021 Henderson County Community Health Assessment.

At the start of 2022, the Survivor Supported Taskforce (IPV Taskforce) was re-launched to engage community partners and discuss the concerns and needs we have in Henderson County related to interpersonal violence.
